1.MgAl2O4 Substrate Introduction

Magnesium aluminate spinel (MgAl2O4) is a mixed oxide with a cubic structure and it is considered an excellent substrate material.

MgAl2O4(spinel) single crystal is widely used in acoustic wave and microwave devices and fast IC epitaxial substrates. At the same time, the research found that it is a good substrate for III-V nitride devices.
